Refunds & Returns Policy
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation via email. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a second email confirming your order is being processed. If there are any issues with payment or processing, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is processed, it will usually be shipped the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). The email will also provide the expected shipping time and contact details for any questions you may have.
We offer delivery to your home or office. Registered airmail is our preferred method of shipping due to its safety and reliability. It requires a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or pick up at your local post office.
Post Office Box & APO Addresses
We deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses, as long as the delivery method supports it. Simply set your primary shipping address to a PO Box or APO address on the “My Account” page.
Customs & Delivery Times
Our company is based in India, so your order will be treated as an international import by your local customs. Customs processing may cause delays, which can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We advise ordering in advance to avoid inconvenience.
Typically, orders ship within 24-48 hours, but the delivery time depends on the postal service or courier. Please allow an additional 7 days beyond the standard shipping time before contacting us if your order hasn’t arrived. In cases where customs holds the package for import taxes, delays of 3-21 days are possible.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost, we will either reship it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 6 weeks of placing the order. We cannot process lost order claims after 6 weeks.
Returns & Refunds
We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a damaged or missing order, we will send a replacement. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the full amount, provided the following conditions are met:
- We ask you to wait 30 days from the date of shipping before initiating a refund.
- If your order is still not received or the package is pending at customs, please contact us with your receipt for assistance.
- Please note that we cannot process refunds if the parcel is held up in customs.
Product Returns
We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and have a shelf life of at least 3 months. If returned, products must be resellable. If we receive the return in good condition, a refund will be processed.
Additional Notes
- If the shipping address you provided is incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of a replacement order.
- Refunds may take a few months in some cases, depending on the return costs.
